Peace Beyond Words

Its one thing to got to a funeral perssion its anothing thing to see a model of one. Sitting in the middle of this vast convention center was the model of National Cemetery. It was so awe inspiring to look closely at a scene of a cemetery. I did notice the more I looke the less noise the fair became. The solid black streets and the trees. Up the prcession line I grazed to a flag draped casket. Even noticed love ones visiting a grave site.  Do I not hear a single sound as it grows on me the silence of the dead.  For the cemetery so Grand is like soft sand. Whos noices can not penetrate it.  For in respect for the dead in memory we seek To understand that which we cannot always comprehend.  So I leave some images for thoughts of your own. But I write in dortography things that inspire me.

Friendship What does it Mean?

I understand this... My father once told me that a friendship is a gift that is given its not something that can be bought our sold. I come to learn that this is true. Among other things he also told me about how friends though they might be your friends now they might move away. I had tons of legos and I was so infatuated with my best friend that I wanted to give my entire collection to him. In my child mind I thought my best friend would always be with me. For we never parted. Though dad had warned me I didn't listen. As years went on our lives changed and evently moved apart. A wedge was also drawn between us do to my mother. Our friendship became rough and to this day we talk but only if I call. Though this was Sad I come to realize that its okay. I also come to establish a healthy clarification of my relationships.  I have my family whitch is a different subject. But among my friends witch are just friends acquaintances. I have my close friends to whom i know pretty well....

A Grandmas Strangth!

Yesterday Feb 9th 2016.... I strong Voice said call your Grandma! I reached out and called her. She had been feeling kinda Down. She said that it was an answer to prayer that I called. I TITLED THIS A Gramdmas Stranght. Because she has shown strangth through the Lord. Those who know know... that in the mist of the storm he will be to those who believe. My Grandma is a testimony. Having lost my Grandfather Grandma has been forced to tent to the maters of the house and her own needs. At times it seemed like she was going to give up. She clinged to the Lord for strangth. To speek into existence the truth of the word of God is powerful. "Your never alone" "I shall supply all your needs" "For as I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will be with they" "Lean not on your own understanding but in everthing trust the lord" "I am your rock...your sheild and fortress" "Let go and let God!" So much truth that even...

911 manorial Remembrance

9/11 Memorial on September 13th 2013  almost 13 years since before the world Trade disaster I find myself  here. I don't think it's on accident, I ended up in the city of NEW York  at the same day as I did in 2001. But I'm here. I stand next to this massive hole where one of the two World Trade Towers stood.  I'm instantly grabbed by reflection. The screams the sounds...  I didn't  have anybody pass away but I my heart lurched. I look slightly down to see a beautiful  cascade of flowing water flowing down the marble wall of the once standing building.  I gaze... Watch as it hits a pool of water below.  Its Calming...  I stand amazed at the feeling of Peace it brought to me. I stare as the water continued to flow into a another hole in the pools center it gently cascades over its edge and gently  glides down another marble  wall till it dissipates form view. I begin to then think of those who died and how th...

Christmas Holiday in DC

Not forgetting to grab our tickets for the sold out show Brokeback Mountain. Well, I ran in to a few problems on the trip but in the end I had a good time. Well here is one good pictures form the trip in Washington. D.C

Fall Colors on the Bike Trail

Cold, does not even describe the ride I had today! Who else though could I blame but myself for such a ride. But I wanted to dive into the colors of fall and get a few shots before all the leaves took their plunge to the ground. So the Goal for this cold ride was to take are bikes on the trail and go into the city and back, with the camera and on big bottle of water. Lets just say I didn't realize how long the ride really was. Even though it was a long ride I am proud to say that I made it there and back, even though I felt like I was going to die on the way back. It was a blustery ride as the wind hit me and John in the face repeatedly. But we didn't give up, in fact we stumbled on something strange if not odd. Strange mounds of dirt were back off the trail just before the bridge. The Dirt was shaped like ramps or slops used for jumping. The odd thing was it looked to be like and entire BMX course. If it is However, How could a bunch of teens or kids build somthing so massive...

Life on Pauls Farm

Maryland the home of Washington D.C, is where I was born and raised. Washington D.C is a very nice city but sometimes you just want to get out of the hot humid air and into the nice cool air of the mountain breeze. In the Town of Oakland is where I sought refuge with my second family and friends. Many adventures flash through my head as I take a moment and go over them in my mind. Like the time I milked the cows and almost recived a blow to the head, also the time I spent picking corn in the muddy fields while eating grass, and Deer hunting with my buddies in the woods. I been on many adventures in my life and here of some images of my life on the farm I would like to share. Click on the link below to view more
